At the age of 20, Steven was to buy his first home in Kensington Melbourne. He purchased this as an investment, cleared it inside and out back to a “blank canvas” and then went on to completely renovate it including all flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, landscaping etc, then rented it out. This was a huge task and an enormous responsibility for someone so young. This turned out to be quite an achievement and gave Steven the desire and inspiration to go on and further invest in many other properties, most of which he also renovated, rented, extended, some lived in, some not.
